1. Is my message actually sent into space?
A: Yes, your message is broadcast via a satellite antenna directly into space. A small portion of your message is received by the UBC satellite and directed back down to Earth. The vast majority of your message is broadcast into deep space. The UBC server will maintain confirmation that your message has hit and been received by our satellite, 22,000 miles in space.

2. Who receives my message?
A: The radio waves that make up your message can be received by any technology that can read radio waves and translate them into the same digital format of the message. This may include cosmic interception by forces beyond your imagination.

3. Can I send my message to a specific individual?
A: During the message creation process, you can choose to send a copy of the message to one or more email recipients. These recipients will receive an email with a link to the message on the message sending site. Recipients can click on the link to view and or listen to the message.

4. Can I access past messages that I sent?
A: One of the benefits of registering is the ability to access and view past sent messages. You can also edit and resend those messages. Registering is easy and there is no additional fee.

5. Can I schedule a message to be sent in the future?
A: Registered users may schedule up to four messages to be sent up to one year in advance. You can edit or cancel your message at any time before the send date.

6. Can I upload my own photograph to be included in my message?
A: Yes, you may customize your message by adding your own photo. Photos must be less than 1 MB in size and will be resized to 100 pixels tall and 100 pixels wide. The closer your original image is to the listed size, the better the image will look on the card.

7. Is my personal information safe after I register?
A: Yes, we do not store any credit card or other personal financial information. It is not our policy to sell or provide any of our clients’ email addresses or registration information to any third party companies or services. We may periodically send you emails with information about our promotions and specials. You may choose to opt-out of these promotional emails at any time. 8. Is my message confidential?
A: As stated above, your personal information is confidential and not shared with anyone. However, your message is being broadcast into space. Although it is highly unlikely that anyone would be interested in intercepting your message, it can be read by anyone with the proper receiving equipment. Care should be taken if the desired message has any confidential information.

9. Will my message be broadcast immediately?
A: The majority of the time your message will be broadcast immediately. However, during peak times such as Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day, it may be necessary to queue your message. Every effort will be made to insure the message is delivered in a timely fashion.

10. What is the difference between a registered user and a subscriber?
A: A subscriber is a registered user that has opted to pay for an annual subscription instead of an individual message. Subscribers can send unlimited messages during their subscription period and can add any or all card options at no additional fee. Subscribers can receive substantial savings throughout their subscription period and is the most cost effective way to send messages.

11. What if I do not want to register or subscribe, can I still send messages?
A: We understand that some people are uncomfortable giving personal information online. We do not want to discourage anyone from sending messages, so we have provided a third option for checking out. Users will not have to enter any information other than their billing information. Users can check out without having to provide their email address.

12. What type of message can I send?
A: We have many occasions to choose from and there are many options to customize your message. You may choose a background for your message card, upload a photo, and add your own personal message. You can even have your message converted into spoken word. You may not upload graphic or obscene photos and you may not enter profanity in your text message as it is against our terms of use. 13. How secure is the checkout process?
A: Sending a message from (site name) is safe and secure. We use a 128-Bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for the checkout process and use the industry leaders in online payment processing. We also support PayPal when checking out.
